Create and refine network architectures involving VCNs, subnets, gateways, and security provisions to ensure reliability and compliance. System Administration:
Manage and optimize operating systems, middleware, and databases within OCI environments to sustain high availability and peak performance. Automation & Monitoring:
Utilize automation tools (like Ansible and Terraform) and Oracle Cloud management platforms to enhance deployment efficiency and system observability. HA/DR Solutions:
Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions tailored to meet client needs, ensuring continuous business operations. Technical Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Customer Engagement:
Effectively communicate complex technical solutions to both executives and technical users, serving as an escalation point during urgent situations. Required Skills IaaS and PaaS Services:
Expertise in OCI compute, storage, network services, and proficient in deploying and managing these essential components. Security & Compliance:
Strong understanding of OCI security best practices and experience with implementing comprehensive security and compliance measures. Automation, Monitoring & IaC:
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible) and Oracle Cloud monitoring tools. High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR):
Proven track record in designing robust HA/DR strategies ensuring business continuity. Programming & Scripting:
Proficient in scripting with Shell, Python, and basic Java/SQL for effective integration and troubleshooting. Customer Engagement & Leadership:
Exceptional communicator with strong consulting skills and a proven ability to manage customer relationships and escalations. GenAI Advantage:
Familiarity with AI/ML or GenAI solutions in cloud environments is a strong bonus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. At least 8 years of experience architecting large-scale enterprise solutions on OCI. Expertise in Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, WMS, HCM) and Oracle Databases. Proficient in automation and scripting tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Demonstrated experience with GenAI or AI/ML technologies is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
