This role requires technical proficiency in AI tools and concepts in order to conduct analysis and document requirements and designs for our FIELD SERVICE EFFICIENCY (EDGE) program which reimagines WM service delivery with Enterprise Design for Growth & Efficiency (" EDGE")

In order to automate routine tasks to free Service Professionals to focus on strategic, high impact work, the Technical Business Analyst in Digital Business Automation is responsible for identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions to business challenges. This role requires analytical abilities and technical knowledge to translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Using AI tools wherever possible, the Technical Business Analyst will: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various projects in the Delta Program, including Intelligent Document Processing, Field Service Efficiency, and Digital Containment. • Conduct technical and functional analysis of workflow platforms and applications, including documenting Current State, Target State and Gap Analysis • Manage and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, technical architecture, sequence diagrams, data flows, system integrations, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing. • Understand the enterprise architecture and the different systems/components involved such as Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles. • Operate in an Agile product development environment, manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization. Assist with Scrum ceremonies and drive ongoing Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions. • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams • Resolve any Production issues or data quality inquiries with Business and Development teams through investigation into root causes.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, preferably within the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of process automation, AI technologies, and workflow management. • Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience. • Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions

Educational and Experience Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in the fields of Technology or Finance • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
