Key Responsibilities
Oversee the on-time, high-quality delivery of technical implementation projects, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation and project artifacts. Lead the requirements gathering and goal alignment process with stakeholders at project initiation. Create and manage project plans and cost estimates, ensuring that delivery outcomes align with initial expectations and business value. Coordinate daily execution efforts from third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with both internal IT standards and business objectives. Monitor and communicate project progress, identifying risks, dependencies, and issues-working with the broader team to proactively manage and resolve challenges. Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure seamless, transparent project execution. Qualifications & Experience
Required:
8-10 years of experience delivering complex Commercial IT initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget in a cross-functional environment. Strong partnership skills with Commercial business stakeholders. Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and escalating blockers as needed. Proficiency in project risk and dependency management, with the ability to maintain project health across scope, timing, and resources. Direct experience managing third-party vendors and overseeing the implementation of packaged software solutions. Must-Have:
Implementation experience with Model N, Revitas, or Vistex revenue management systems. Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Market Access functions (e.g., Trade, Contracts, Patient Services, Pricing, Field Reimbursement), or relevant areas in similarly regulated industries. Background in pharma as a technical project manager or product owner supporting revenue management platforms. Strongly Preferred:
Exposure to commercial pharmaceutical data types such as chargebacks, GPO/Payer rebates, 867, specialty pharmacy, etc. Experience with reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging tools like Tableau, Qlik, Informatica, AWS S3, or Redshift.
