Make a meaningful impact in National Security! We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join us in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is essential for this role. This position involves collaboration with Government staff, where you will: Design, develop, and evaluate data management systems, including database modeling, relational database architecture, and repository configuration. Utilize data mapping, data mining, and transformation tools to develop effective data repositories. Integrate diverse raw data from across the enterprise using various ETL processes. Analyze enterprise-level Services of Common Concern to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends for enhancement. Create and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports tailored to client requirements. Support data analysis through surveys, data calls, and other gathering methods across a federated network enterprise. Effectively communicate technical findings through clear narratives in graphical, written, and verbal formats. Employ statistical methods, machine learning, and other advanced techniques to extract insights and trends. Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations to present analytical results convincingly. Basic Qualifications: BA degree with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10 - 13 years. Experience in data visualization and trend analysis. Ability to gather information from various users and apply analytic methodologies for actionable insights. Proficient in analytic tools such as Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, and VBA. Skilled in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Strong background in data analysis, engineering, and enrichment. Clearance Required: Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience within the Intelligence Community. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with deploying applications in a cloud environment. At
