What You'll Do: Design and implement scalable generative AI services for integration across applications and multiple tenants in a production environment.
Enhance system efficiency through automation in areas like capacity planning, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues, ensuring system reliability.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Researchers to understand client needs, prototype solutions, and deploy innovative technologies.
Engage in insightful discussions with your team, tackling intriguing questions and topics important to our mission.
Required Skills: 6+ years of ML engineering experience with a focus on building AI systems and distributed services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field, accompanied by strong algorithm, data structure, and software design skills.
Experience in building distributed microservice architecture on platforms like AWS or GCP.
Familiarity with modern containerized deployments using technologies like Kubernetes and Spinnaker.
Track record of implementing and delivering results in large-scale innovation.
Strong programming skills in JVM languages (Java, Scala) and Python.
Experience with distributed systems and modern data frameworks, including Kafka and Spark.
A blend of grit, drive, ownership, collaboration, and leadership qualities.
Preferred Skills: Understanding MLOps/ML infrastructure workflows and components.
Experience in building and applying machine learning models for business applications.
Knowledge of Sagemaker, Tensorflow, Pytorch, and other large-scale ML technologies.
A great problem solver with the ability to tackle unprecedented challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across technical and business teams.
