The Growth team plays a crucial role in Coinbase's mission to onboard the world to onchain. By developing and utilizing growth tools—like referral programs, a world-class notifications system, a dynamic and engaging logged-out web experience, and an optimized new user onboarding flow—we ensure that Coinbase remains the easiest, safest, and fastest platform for buying, holding, and trading crypto assets, setting our new users up for success from their very first interaction. We are looking for experienced Frontend engineers to join our Growth team and help build the next generation of innovative crypto products and features. You will address unique, large-scale technical challenges that lie at the intersection of web-scale applications and blockchain technology. Your efforts will contribute to making cryptocurrency accessible on a global scale, delivering real-time applications with high-frequency, low-latency updates while managing a secure cloud-based infrastructure. What we seek in you: You possess 5 or more years of experience in developing web and/or mobile applications and delivering user-facing features using React, JavaScript, and Typescript. You have led impactful projects and are recognized as a subject matter expert within your team. You have experience in developing and shipping user-centric features using component-based UI frameworks. You are adept with product and design lifecycles and enjoy collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers. You emphasize writing high-quality, well-tested, extensible code. You stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices in frontend architecture. You exhibit proactivity, embody a growth mindset, and invest in empowering and cultivating your team. Preferred Qualifications: You have experience launching new products from concept to scale. Your background includes working on growth engineering or similar high-availability financial systems. Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual *base *salary for this position can range from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase include eligibility for bonuses + equity + comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
