Project Manager
in our esteemed Data Center Project Management team where you will oversee large, cross-disciplinary design projects including site investigations, facility development, and major utility infrastructure, all while ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget. As the project lead, you will coordinate with technical teams, manage resources effectively, and drive quality execution for high-priority projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute innovative solutions that support global digital infrastructure within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and lead project teams, aligning skills and resources with project objectives. Define and communicate project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as the primary liaison with clients and contractors. Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial success throughout the project lifecycle. Secure necessary resources and oversee timely completion of all project phases. Implement quality management plans and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Identify potential risks and apply strategies to minimize their impact. Conduct regular meetings with clients and teams to ensure alignment and progress. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all phases of the project. Establish strong client relationships to foster future opportunities. Coordinate contract negotiations and understand billing processes. Mentor team members on best practices in project management. Ensure project data accuracy and enforce safety regulations. Your Passion and Contributions: A collaborative work ethic. A strong sense of ownership in your work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience is also acceptable. 6+ years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing levels of responsibility. 2+ years of project management experience in an industry-related role, which may overlap with project experience. Knowledgeable in engineering/design terminology, contracts, finance, and operations. Demonstrated ability to meet client expectations through effective project management.
