Compensation Range:
$96,860.00 - $145,290.00
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE
Manages, leads, and guides key business initiatives utilizing the organization's standard project management methodology, monitors performance, and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource adjustments. Ensures results meet requirements regarding quality, cost, and delivery. Plans, monitors, and manages internal IT projects from initiation through completion. Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders. Supports Project Office processes and toolsets, coaches and mentors team members on strategic portfolio management tools. Develops and implements standardized project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent, efficient, and timely execution of IT projects. Leads teams or projects with broad visibility on occasion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages, leads, and guides the implementation, monitoring, and completion of IT projects related to the institutional strategic plan. Engages and works with key stakeholders to ensure progress and accomplishment of tactics and goals for the institutional strategic plan. Assigns tasks and monitor team performance to ensure the timely completion of IT project deliverables. Conducts regular team meetings, providing updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develops comprehensive IT project plans, outlining project goals, scope, timeline, and deliverables. Oversees the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Coordinates project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines. Resolves project-related issues, ensuring that challenges are addressed proactively to maintain project momentum. Ensures the timely escalation of risks and issues to senior management when necessary.
Maintains strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure satisfaction and alignment. Provides regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal teams, highlighting key milestones and any necessary changes. Manages expectations and negotiates project changes, ensuring that both client needs and organizational goals are met.
Monitors and reports on project progress, performance metrics, and budget adherence. Conducts post-project evaluations to assess the project's success and identify areas for improvement. Prepares detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Project Management, BusinessAdministration, Information Technology, or Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the healthcare or higher education field preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software preferred.
Experience in facilitating strategic planning frameworks and processes preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Detail-oriented, organized and deadline-driven, with proven ability to manage projects required.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsrequired.
Extensive computer literacy, including Microsoft Project, Teams, and PowerPointpreferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and to work and communicate effectively in a large matrix organization preferred.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline preferred.
Demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals preferred.
Strong familiarity with planning and project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMIwithin one year required.
Agile certification (PMI-ACP, DASM, or CSM) preferred.
