We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst to oversee the administration, monitoring, and support of our hardware platforms, operating systems, and related technologies. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing distribution center operations by participating in support and integration tasks associated with our distribution and transportation systems, ensuring optimal system uptime and availability. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, maintain, and support hardware platforms and network components. Provide swift and effective solutions to technical challenges, ensuring high-quality standards throughout. Conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning to diagnose and resolve performance issues. Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to relevant teams. Manage hardware/software configuration and release processes. Effectively utilize productivity tools for workload management, including time and project prioritization. Engage in the SDLC process for project tracking and presentations. Implement structured cabling systems in distribution centers, ensuring proficiency with various technologies. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across multiple platform components. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in supporting retail systems, with at least 1 year in complex computing environments related to supply chain distribution. Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain technology. Experience with distribution center and warehouse management systems. Technical proficiency in networking, system maintenance, and various operating systems. Preferred Skills: Experience with backup technologies and storage solutions. Knowledge of IT processes such as change management and vendor relationship management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Physical Requirements:
This job requires a full-time office presence to support in-person engagement with teams and client interactions. Key responsibilities include working with computers and maintaining consistent attendance. Supervisory Responsibilities:
