This position requires a strong technical resource to partner with business stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, promoting best practices, and driving system enhancements. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a senior technical expert for Salesforce, managing data migrations, integrations, and custom code. Design and develop robust solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies. Act as a subject matter expert, promoting best practices across application development and deployment. Implement strategies to maximize Salesforce capabilities that enhance processes and productivity. Ensure a systematic change management process for application development and enhancements. Design Salesforce solutions, including Communities and portal functionality, tailored to user needs. Provide operational support for Salesforce, proactively resolving emerging issues. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems. Manage multiple Salesforce projects efficiently, balancing priorities and business needs. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the technical team. Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and AppExchange solutions. Document all code and configurations in compliance with organizational standards. Participate in required training and team meetings to support organizational goals. Other related duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and web portal technologies. Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Salesforce. Proficient in building Salesforce Communities/Portal solutions. Strong technical foundation in programming languages such as Apex and Java. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Skilled in data management and quality assurance. Adept at managing multiple projects with shifting priorities. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a high level of ethics. EXPERIENCE Requirements: At least seven years of experience in Salesforce solutions, including Sales and Service Cloud. Five years of experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components. Five years of experience in data migrations and quality management. Three years of experience working with software and hardware vendors. Preferences: Experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Familiarity with business intelligence dashboard creation. Experience in the nonprofit sector. Knowledge of React and/or React Native. EDUCATION Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferences: Master's degree in computer science or related field. CERTIFICATIONS: Requirements: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Certification. WORK ENVIRONMENT: General office setting with a temperature-controlled environment.
