We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to create complex reports and analyze data for both corporate and client needs. You will act as a technical resource, assist in data-driven decision-making, provide training, and guide field analysts. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and interactive visualizations, utilizing DAX calculations and data transformations to support decision-making at all levels. Create and optimize Snowflake data models, ensuring scalable and efficient data analytics. Generate detailed reports for forecasting and benchmarking to support senior management. Communicate data insights effectively to various stakeholders and clients. Offer guidance and training to colleagues on data analysis best practices. Oversee and mentor client-dedicated analysts in different locations. Provide analysis to meet client-specific needs and organizational objectives. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other duties as assigned. Support organizational quality programs. Travel as necessary. Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. At least six years of relevant experience is required, preferably in the insurance sector with a focus on statistical analysis. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk management information systems. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Skillful in negotiations and meeting performance expectations. Competence in computer use and occasional travel are necessary. At Sedgwick, we offer a competitive compensation range of $90,000-$100,000 for this role, based on skills and experience.
