Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for your next challenge in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to support its growth strategy by delivering compelling bid submissions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real impact on business success. The Role As the Bid Manager, you will: Develop, maintain, and deliver effective bid management plans from opportunity to submission. Coordinate internal and external Subject Matter Experts to gather and shape bid content. Write, edit, and review bid responses to ensure clarity, compliance, and win themes. Support the Head of Sales throughout the governance process and client presentations. Maintain and develop a central bid library to capture best practice and innovation. You To be successful in this Bid Manager role, you will bring: Proven bid management experience within the Facilities Management industry. Strong written, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into winning solutions. Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and bid management processes (Salesforce experience desirable). What’s in it for you?
