We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. A strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Properly utilize assigned PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred, but not required. Must be able to perform tasks involving significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment are required. Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE is crucial. Must be at least 18 years of age.
