We are searching for an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our San Diego, California facility. This role is central to our **Logistics** and supply chain success, overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with stringent **Safety** standards. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring the proper use of **PPE** by all staff and maintaining a safe working environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and the ability to handle **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy in the inventory system.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to procedures and **Safety** protocols.
- Implement and enforce **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements for all personnel.
- Track shipments, coordinate with carriers, and resolve any **Logistics** issues.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse **Logistics**, inventory control, and **Safety** procedures.
- Experience with **PPE** and the ability to enforce **Safety** practices.
- Ability to **Lifting** and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
