We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a critical role focused on maintaining the optimal performance and Safety of our warehouse infrastructure and equipment. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of warehouse machinery, including conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and automated systems. Your technical proficiency is essential for minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. This position requires a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. You will perform preventive maintenance tasks, respond to equipment failures, and ensure all machinery operates in compliance with Safety regulations. Strict adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is a fundamental requirement of this role. The ability to perform moderate Lifting and work in various warehouse conditions is expected. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to Safety and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety standards and regulations.
- Operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Utilize appropriate PPE and follow all Safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure equipment availability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
