Become a key player in our operations as a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is central to our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will navigate the warehouse, locate items using scanning equipment, and carefully package them for transit. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. This position involves frequent movement throughout the warehouse and requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Significant Lifting of items, typically up to 40 pounds, will be a regular part of your duties. Adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet productivity targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
