Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including strict adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck is required.
- Valid certification or demonstrated proficiency in reach truck operation.
- Ability to perform tasks in narrow aisle environments.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
