Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on slow-moving or obsolete items.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to perform detailed tasks with high accuracy.
  • Experience with lifting and moving inventory items, up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE in a warehouse environment.
