Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform detailed tasks with high accuracy.
- Experience with lifting and moving inventory items, up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE in a warehouse environment.
