Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations based on order specifications.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct labeling for shipment.
- Verify order contents against customer details before packing and shipping.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies, procedures, and **PPE** guidelines.
- Support the overall **logistics** workflow and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory management is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and willingness to use **PPE**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
