Become a Fulfillment Associate in our busy Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. This position requires physical dexterity, the ability to work at a fast pace, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will be a key player in our order fulfillment process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We emphasize teamwork and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Follow correct techniques for Lifting and moving packages to prevent injury.
- Support the broader logistics team by contributing to efficient order processing.
