We are looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our outbound logistics , ensuring that all shipments are accurately documented, prepared, and dispatched. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying shipping information, generating shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate shipping records. You will also assist with packing and loading when necessary, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and according to company standards. Maintaining a highly organized and clean workspace, prioritizing safety at all times, is essential. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of provided PPE , is expected. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While not the primary focus, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of shipping procedures and carrier requirements.
