We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our growing Logistics facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is fundamental to our ability to serve customers by accurately and efficiently fulfilling their orders. You will be responsible for retrieving specified items from warehouse locations using pick sheets or RF scanners, ensuring order accuracy, and then packaging these items securely for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a physically active role, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle a diverse range of products, requiring careful attention to ensure items are picked correctly and packed appropriately to prevent damage. Comprehensive training on our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and our stringent Safety protocols will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from inventory based on order details.
- Verify product accuracy and quality before packing.
- Package goods efficiently to protect them during transit.
- Label packages for correct shipping routes.
- Stage finalized orders for outbound logistics.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety policies and wear required PPE .
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Able to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
