You will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures. This position requires physical dexterity, stamina, and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
