We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your contribution is vital to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. We provide comprehensive training and expect all employees to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to stand or walk for extended periods. You will be operating various warehouse equipment and utilizing our inventory management system. Daily duties include unloading trucks, inspecting incoming merchandise, stocking inventory in designated locations, accurately picking items for orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification/training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
