We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Experience with RF scanners is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided. Daily tasks will include retrieving items from shelves, verifying order accuracy, assembling products, packaging items securely for transit, and labeling packages correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and reporting any inventory discrepancies. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product identification and quantity against order slips.
- Assemble products and ensure proper packaging for safe transport.
- Label packages correctly and apply shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
