We are seeking a diligent and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be responsible for locating, picking, and preparing items for shipment according to established procedures. This includes navigating the warehouse efficiently, using order sheets or scanning devices, and verifying product quantities and types. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a critical aspect of this position, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable with manual tasks. We value teamwork and encourage proactive problem-solving. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the logistics industry. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with order picking is a plus, but not strictly required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
