We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics operations in San Diego, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in preparing and packing orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping and inventory purposes.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including scanners and packing stations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock put-away.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Be prepared for tasks involving moderate lifting and manual handling of items.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment, packing, or warehouse role is beneficial. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks. Physical ability to handle regular lifting of items. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software is a plus. A strong understanding of logistics operations. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
