Join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic individuals to contribute to our growing logistics and e-commerce fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. This role is essential for providing excellent service to our customers and maintaining the high quality of our products. We are committed to fostering a safe workplace, providing thorough training on Safety procedures and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is an outstanding chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Receive and stock incoming goods, verifying against order details.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Assist with shipping preparation and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets in our logistics hub.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to follow instructions and wear required PPE.
