We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement and organization of materials throughout our warehouse facility. Your primary duties will involve receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods with precision and care. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking and packing orders according to specifications.
- Transporting materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
