We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and shipping. You will contribute to the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network. The ideal candidate is dependable, possesses strong organizational skills, and is dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting and standing for extended periods. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational targets and ensure inventory accuracy. A good understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to accuracy are key. We offer a supportive work atmosphere and opportunities for skill development within the logistics field. Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Stocking received items in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders accurately for shipment.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Following all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
- Reporting any operational issues or safety concerns.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Must be able to wear designated PPE as required by company policy.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work effectively on your feet.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
