Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established practice in Northridge, CA. • Modern Birthing Center : The state-of-the-art Family Birth Center features eight dedicated Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms and has been recognized as a "Best Maternity Hospital".
• High Volume : The center manages a significant number of births, with public health data indicating approximately 1,600-2,800 births annually at the facility.
• Advanced NICU Access: The hospital provides access to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for babies requiring additional resources and support.
• 24/7 Coverage : The facility guarantees 24/7 obstetrical coverage through a dedicated OB Hospitalist Group, ensuring immediate access to a board-certified OB/GYN physician on-site at all times.

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Annual salary of $340,000
• Student loan reimbursement
• Residency signing stipend: $24,000
• Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000
• Relocation assistance

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for women’s health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
