Hospital Facilities:
- Modern Birthing Center : The state-of-the-art Family Birth Center features eight dedicated Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms and has been recognized as a "Best Maternity Hospital".
- High Volume : The center manages a significant number of births, with public health data indicating approximately 1,600-2,800 births annually at the facility.
- Advanced NICU Access: The hospital provides access to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for babies requiring additional resources and support.
- 24/7 Coverage : The facility guarantees 24/7 obstetrical coverage through a dedicated OB Hospitalist Group, ensuring immediate access to a board-certified OB/GYN physician on-site at all times.
Compensation/Benefits Include:
- Annual salary of $340,000
- Student loan reimbursement
- Residency signing stipend: $24,000
- Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Passion for women’s health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
