*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Physician Assistant (PA)* or *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional passionate about enhancing patient wellness, collaborating closely with physicians, and making a meaningful impact. You will provide comprehensive care to adult and OBGYN patients, manage chronic conditions, perform routine procedures, and educate patients on preventive healthcare practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing (laboratory, imaging, etc.).
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions within scope of practice.
* Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide patient education on disease management, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle modifications.
* Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Perform minor procedures appropriate to training and licensure.
*Qualifications:*
* Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
* Active PA or NP license in the state of Ohio; DEA registration preferred or obtained upon hire.
* Proven clinical experience in primary care and/or OBGYN preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
