What You'll Do
Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Educate customers on Vivint smart home security solutions Identify customer needs and recommend the right system Close sales and complete required documentation accurately Consistently work toward and exceed performance goals Compensation
100% commission-based pay (no base salary) Uncapped earning potential Average agents are making $2,500-$4,000 per month in their first 5 months Top performers are making $100k+ after their first year Performance incentives and advancement opportunities Top performers can earn significant income during the summer season What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers face-to-face Able to handle rejection and stay focused Sales experience is not required (training provided) Must pass a background check Must have a valid Drivers License Additional Details
