We are seeking for an ambitious, creative and proactive Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team to drive all sales activities for The Rubens at the Palace and Hotel 41. The passionate and approachable individual should be confident in positioning the properties as the capitals premier luxury destinations. The successful candidate will drive proactive strategies for need periods, foster collaboration across departments, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve ambitious commercial goals and be a natural and recognisable ambassador for each property. This role will have two direct reports.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager: Managing and expanding a portfolio of mature, top-producing, and legacy accounts. Deepening relationships with guests, corporate clients and their networks to influence growth and loyalty. Proactively seeking opportunities to upsell spaces, events and other experiences across other properties within the Red Carnation Hotels Collection. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and Central teams to identify commercial opportunities. Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to enhance guest experience. Coaching and leading the Sales Team to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining a luxurious experience for all guests. Using key performance insights to drive top and bottom-line sales.
What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, within a London luxury hotel segment in the capacity of Senior Sales Manager or Assistant Director of Sales. Strong communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close. Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and is a formidable team player, used to working with multiple stakeholders. Experience working with multi-market segments. Ability to create a productive, authentic relationship cross-departmentally and regionally. Exceptional personal presentation.
