We are looking for a Strategy and Performance Analyst who will report to the Team Leader, Service & Test, R&D Electric Vehicles, to bring an external, factual voice to our engineering services strategy. In this role, you will assist the management team in making better decisions by offering a structural, quantified, and actionable understanding of the market.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Analyze markets and industry trends for services offered by BRP - Engineering Services.
Support the team in identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing strategic projects.
Analyze the profitability of projects and performance of the department's activities using key indicators (costs, deadlines, quality, productivity).
Identify performance gaps and formulate concrete recommendations for improvement.
Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop tools and maintain dashboards and analyses to support decision-making.
Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and internal partners.
Contribute to operational support of the management team by ensuring logistical coordination of client meetings and events the team participates in.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in performance analysis, strategy, engineering, project management, or business intelligence.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Good understanding of operational and financial performance indicators.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Rigour, autonomy, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach.
