Your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including receiving and inspecting incoming materials, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role is key to our supply chain, ensuring products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. We are deeply committed to workplace safety; all associates must strictly follow safety protocols and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of frequent manual Lifting and standing for extended periods, and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stage finished orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling.
- Replenish inventory stock on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including work stations and aisles.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained, following all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Support the smooth functioning of our overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including the use of PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
