Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming stock.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stage orders for shipment and load them onto delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Assist with other warehouse duties to ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to supporting overall logistics operations.
