Join our team in San Francisco, California, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks to keep our facility running smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to Safety are essential. We provide a safe working environment and require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic warehouse setting. While previous experience is beneficial, we are willing to train motivated candidates. You'll work collaboratively with a team to achieve operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are key to success. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent effort.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and inventory.
- Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and common areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves, as instructed.
- Assist in maintaining the efficiency of the overall logistics process.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Basic communication skills.
- Commitment to contributing to overall logistics success.
