Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following Safety guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory levels.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily picking and packing goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- This role requires regular physical activity, including consistent Lifting.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and basic logistics.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all Safety protocols.
- Capacity for manual labor, including frequent Lifting of packages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work attitude.
