Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vast warehouse inventory, directly supporting our logistics operations. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies. Your diligence and accuracy are key to ensuring that our products are accounted for, enabling efficient order fulfillment and seamless supply chain management. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring all transactions are recorded.
  • Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
  • Identify and tag obsolete or damaged stock, following established procedures.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed to ensure proper stock placement.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to inventory control.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role is required.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and WMS is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and potentially lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to PPE guidelines.
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently.
