We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing e-commerce warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology and adhering to strict quality control measures. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all established safety procedures and wear necessary PPE. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain high productivity standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
