We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse. Your duties will include transporting inventory to and from storage areas, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring that all goods are handled with care. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, free from hazards, is crucial for ensuring optimal safety for everyone on site. Adherence to all company safety procedures and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which may involve occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds when not operating equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Certification as a forklift operator is required.
