Join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida, as a Picker/Packer! This role is central to our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for efficiently picking a variety of products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners, inspecting items for quality, and carefully packaging them to prevent damage during transit. Accuracy, speed, and a strong attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment process. We provide thorough training on our systems, products, and best practices for order fulfillment and workplace Safety . Your dedication ensures our customers receive their orders correctly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for any defects or damage.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label all outgoing packages correctly.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE .
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
