This is a versatile role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, supporting the seamless flow of our logistics. Your duties may include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical strength and stamina, as you will be involved in frequent lifting and moving of materials. Accuracy and efficiency are key to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work closely with a dedicated team to achieve daily operational goals and maintain the overall productivity of our facility. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and other tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
