Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - if certified).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to consistently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
