Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, verifying package contents against orders, and ensuring all shipments meet company and carrier requirements. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of shipping procedures. We prioritize a secure and compliant work environment, providing mandatory PPE and enforcing strict safety protocols. While this role is primarily administrative, occasional lifting of lighter packages may be required. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that products reach their destinations efficiently and without issue. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating with both internal teams and external partners. Key duties include: generating shipping labels and manifests; scheduling pickups with transport companies; maintaining accurate shipping records; and resolving any shipping-related discrepancies.
