Join our team as an Order Picker in Provo, Utah! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently retrieve products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will utilize pick lists or handheld scanners to locate items, ensuring you pick the correct quantities and prepare them for dispatch. Precision and speed are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining inventory integrity within our **Logistics** operations. You will work with various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and must always prioritize **Safety**. Proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. This physically demanding position requires the ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, as well as regular **Lifting** of items up to 50 pounds. - Select and gather products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Scan items to ensure accuracy and update inventory.
- Verify product codes and quantities before proceeding.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all **Safety** regulations and wear appropriate **PPE**.
- Contribute to team goals and warehouse efficiency.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Safety** procedures and **Logistics** principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
