Our Las Vegas, Nevada facility is looking for energetic and reliable Order Pickers to join our warehouse operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This involves using order lists or scanning devices to locate products, carefully picking the correct quantities, and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. You will operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification provided if needed) in a fast-paced **Logistics** environment. A strong commitment to **Safety** is essential, including understanding and adhering to all warehouse rules and procedures, and consistently wearing the appropriate **PPE**. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the warehouse, and perform frequent **Lifting** of items up to 50 pounds. - Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists or scanner prompts.
- Verify product codes and quantities before and after picking.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and wear **PPE**.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** and warehouse **Safety** protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
