Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, as an Inventory Control Specialist! This critical role ensures the integrity of our warehouse inventory, supporting our overall logistics operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize stock variances. Your work directly impacts our efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are committed to a safe work environment and require strict adherence to Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status and trends.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to address inventory-related issues.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within inventory management and logistics.
  • Assist with the training of new staff on inventory procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 25 lbs).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Safety best practices in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and wear required PPE.
