Your responsibilities will span from receiving and inspecting shipments to accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role is fundamental to our supply chain efficiency, ensuring that products reach their destinations without delay. Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming inventory, verifying counts against purchase orders.
- Sort and organize materials for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Use manual and powered equipment to move products around the warehouse.
- Pick items from shelves and prepare them for packing and shipping.
- Pack orders securely and label them correctly.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines and regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of your work area.
- Support team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar role is advantageous.
- Capability for sustained Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
